Video box of playback recording needs to be larger, mirroring the size during recording of the meeting itself.

Hi there!

It would be tremendously useful if CISCO improved their recording playback feature. While the quality of the playback video is good, the size of the video box itself is small and hangs in the upper right hand corner of the larger box. This is quite unprofessional I am afraid. Once the recording has been downloaded there is no option to enlarge the video box. Please rectify this severe shortcoming so that we can all see the playback recording in the same manner as in the programme itself.

Also, during playback video one sees a white screen which has some wording to the effect that there is no media to share or the media is not supported. This sends everyone into a panic mode till nerves are calmed down and one realises one has to click on the play button, only to see the tiny box on the top right had corner!

Please do rectify these drawbacks.
