Gateway/CUBE Monitoring via WebEx Control Hub API

Monitoring Gateway/CUBE Status via WebEx Control Hub (REST)API.

When there are 100 tenants in your Control Hub with one or more local Gateways, you have to implement a monitoring solution for each Gateway. It would be pretty helpful to access the WebEx Control Hub via script and read the Gateway Status for each Gateway/site to simplify monitoring needs.
