Ability to manage meeting hosts and transfer

Ability to manage meeting hosts and transfer meetings host.

It would be useful to be able to transfer the host of a meeting to another user for personnel changes to avoid the need to cancel a series to just recreate it. Would be usefull for it to be a feature in the back end managment portal. The need to reschdule high priority meetings due to personnel changes is error prone and problematic.
