IF we are to combat Zoom in academic spaces, we need to make our online learning interface much more desirable to students and teachers especially for K-12 students/teachers who have experienced these alternative business collaboration solutions crowbarred in to a remote learning format because of COVID19 . One way to do this would be to leverage the ability to create/customize a "LEAF like" overlay or template (HTML5/Fash) on top of Webex Meeting/teams interface (similar to proposed Integrated collaboration) that could be customizable to a school and made so much easier to use for non corporate users (e.g. schools, colleges, support groups, care homes). This overlay could also introduce our app integrations that inclusion can increase user complexity (e.g. embedded translator, service now etc.) Consider it a simplification filter not changing any of the webex quality etc - a 9year old student would require less supervision if a Overlay only showed video, sharing, some chat. Used astethically pleasing icons and buttons for mute/video/chat etc. Meanwhile behind the overlay, Webex is fully in use by everyone else, for the teaching staff, parent, guidance etc have full webex/webex teams capabilities. This would innovate with out a huge investment and allow us to drive customer innovation
