Notify users before sending a message that another user is on "do not disturb"

I throw on "Do Not Disturb" during important meetings, but people still message me and expect timely responses. It would be nice if, prior to a message being sent, there was a more obvious notification that said something like "This user has set their status to do-not-disturb until noon today. Would you like to schedule your message to be sent then?"
