Allow Presenters to force switch between Presenter fullscreen and Shared Content in Events Centre

Currently, Events Centre has no way for Presenters to put themselves fullscreen for Attendees without taking down SharedContent. This is awful. The process is tiresome and requires reloading PPT or videos which take time and interrupt the flow.

Create an addition to the Toggle options which allows Presenters to minimise the SharedContent and maximise their own video feed
