There are numerous features available in Webex that you must submit a CSM request for. Unfortunately, most customers and partners don't know what is able to be requested until a TAC engineer or other person who's run into the same situation before tells them that a CSM request is in order.

Please create a help document of ALL Webex features that are orderable via CSM request. Include the feature name, description of function, and configurable options.

I have asked my last 3 CSMs if this data exists internally, and they are not able to find it either. I'm sure the provisioning teams can assist in generating this from admin interfaces.
