I have a call center using Cisco 561/562 headsets. They have to be kept on an older firmware due to an unresolved unpairing bug on newer versions. I manage these headset through CUCM. The Webex app is constantly prompting them to update their headset.
I would like to see a feature in Webex administration to manage whether the Webex app offers headset upgrades. CUCM admins choosing to manage through that platform should have the option to exclude the Webex app from the process.
