Allow for dynamic resizing of Breakout Assignment window

As a producer who manages breakout sessions for facilitators in many Webex Meeting events, it is difficult to quickly manage needed breakout session assignments since the Breakout Assignment window cannot be enlarged or resized to fit vertically on my entire screen enabling quicker response and less scrolling. (I use Webex Meetings on a Mac).
