Webex Scheduler does not reflect the changes made in Outlook appointment.

The clients would like the Webex Scheduler to change the meeting date according to the Outlook. Right now, when updating the Outlook appointment time, the Webex Scheduler does not reflect the changes and needs to be updated manually. Customer would like the Webex meeting time to be update whenever the outlook appointment is updated. (it used to work in Productivity Tools).

    Are you referring to the Webex Scheduler Outlook Add-in? Have you deployed the on-prem version or the cloud version? With the cloud version (either tenant/individual authorization), this should happen automatically. With the on-prem version, we require customers to click the "Update" button whenever Outlook field changes are made because we do not have read/write access to automatically look at changes for a given event (on-prem Exchange limitation). However, if you deploy Hybrid Calendar Service for Microsoft Exchange, automatic updates are possible.     Having the same issue with a customer. They have on prem exchange and it will not update automatically.
