Customers want to be able to connect to their meetings from WebEx using WebEx Meetings. Whenever you try to join a meeting from WebEx > Meetings, it would open up the meeting in WebEx with limited feature. If possible, when you click on any of the meetings there, then meeting information, at least have the meeting link to be a hyperlink that will open WebEx Meetings to benefit from all of its features and avoid the hassle.
