Log and show DSCP Values to help with Troubleshooting

When customers use QoS based on DSCP marking of packets, it is critical that the markings be carried end to end so that the network can properly prioritize the traffic.

It would be hugely beneficial to system administrators to know what DSCP values a client and the cloud are observing for packets coming from the network. Clients and the cloud should both log the DSCP values being observed on packets as they come in from the network and report them back as telemetry so that the Troubleshooting page in Control Hub can then display (and perhaps even call out and flag discrepancies) the DSCP values as-seen for the audio and video streams so the administrator can detect whether the network is properly passing DSCP values.

For bonus points, would be nice if Control Hub could also show the media path like ThousandEyes does and show where DSCP value changes occur in the network.
