Using Firstname field to show when mentioning somebody

The customer has Webex Display name field in form "Lastname Firstname Patronymic".


Now the first word from Display name is used to show if we mention somebody. It is not politely to mention by Lastname.


The customer would like to use Firstname field for this when mentioning somebody.
