Webex user icon customization

In Webex Display name customer uses form "Lastname Firstname Patronymic".


Now Display name field is used in user icon if no picture attached.


As a result in icon we see first letter from first word of display name plus first letter from last word of display name.


The customer would like to customize icon letters.
