What about in a more secure scenario (such as ours) where download of video .mp4 files is not permitted?

This use-case will be taken care of as part of webex app. All users part of the space will have meetings artifact available to them. The admin assistant in this case can choose to download the recording and distribute it as required based on the site admin settings for the meetings recorded on that site.
