Allow me to stop my stream of someone else's webcam

At times when I get issues for "poor network performance" and/or all video/audio becomes choppy, I should be able to right click on a user in the meeting and choose "disable/unsubscribe stream" so as not to waste my CPU/memory/bandwidth when it's unnecessary.
