Currently consumer accounts have different behaviors with presence.


Some accounts are able to see the presence of a few accounts while other are not, this is expected as users are been created in different organizations.

This was not happening before as all of them were created inside the consumer account but now new accounts are landing in different organizations so for example a free account that was created on 2019 can see the presence/status of other free accounts that were created until around June 2020 where the new accounts are been created in selfsing up organization.

There needs to be a more seamless customer experience
