Allow installation of Webex Device Connector on any type of Windows Server

Currently the Webex Device Connector can only be installed on a Windows10 or on MacOS. For some secure environments the customers would like to install it on a Windows Server instead.

    Seems the Webex Device Connector can also be installed on Windows servers and is working without problems. So the Cisco documentation should be adjusted to avoid confusion.
