Ability to set the timezone on BirthdayBot

Can we have the birthday notification on BirthdayBot (https://apphub.webex.com/messaging/applications/birthdaybot-cisco-systems) to follow our local timezone?

It will be helpful if we can get notification on a different time zone.

It has happened that there was no reminder throughout the day and we get bday notification only in the evening.
