Live Captions & Subtitles Feature for Webex Teams

We have recieved requests in our orginization for a feature that lets you read the words that are spoken during an audio or video call in Webex Teams. This request is to support users who are deaf and hard of hearing.

    I have had this 'on pilot' since July 2020 on webex meetings but it doesn't work on webex teams? The accuracy also needs more work

    I have also had a similar request for Webex to support API or live captioning. This would be huge for my team and accessibility.
