Webex is commonly used in multi-party presentations (Company financial results, new project kickoff, etc) where each participants will have their own share of time to present. But currently the host is required to manage/track the time and highlight when it is exceeded or of the threshold is exceeded (5 more minutes, etc).

We should have a way to integrate the agenda apriori by defining the slice of time for each presenter (and/or the ability to upload the ppt apriori). When the meetign starts, the time slice in the agenda is used for each presenter when they start sharing (or when they start presenting) and highlight it with different colors (edges blinking orange during the last 5 minutes and red when the timer expired, etc).
