Sync and lock size of participant while syncing stage

With the new Sync My Stage feature, it is really useful to pin the presenter to the stage with the presentation. However, if the size of the presentation is changed this does not sync to other participants. This would allow for a decent size presentation window and a larger view of the presenter while speaking.

    A few US Government accounts really want this as well.
