Customize wallpaper on MPP Phones

We need to upload custom wallpaper on MPP phones

+++ We setup a Local TFTP server, uploaded custom image/wllpaper on local TFTP server and added the image URL on the phone web page under - Picture Download URL (reference image attached), its working fine and we are able to set customer wallpaper on phone

+++ But as soon as the phone reset the the Picture download URL reset to the cisco default URL (i.e.https://cisco.sipflash.com/dms/spa8811-3PCC ) and the wallpaper is set to default again and then we have do to login again to the phone web page and set the Picture Download URL again which points to our local TFTP server

+++ We want to add the Local TFTP server download Image URL to the phone config file so that when ever the phone reset it will request the phone Background image from the Local TFTP server and the custom wallpaper/background populates on the phone
