reactions and raise hand api in the sdk

the reactions and raise hand feature is a nice feature, but it's currently not supported in the javascript sdk (sending and receiving).

integrating the reaction emojis and raise hand into the api will enrich the embedded webex experience in websites and/or apps.

From my perspective the ability to perform actions based on a raised hand is definitely important. Lot's of times the remote people are forgotten by those in the room and while the Cisco endpoints show a notification on the screen it can be missed. I would like the ability to integrate an external light or even the room lights themselves and do things like change the color or flash the lights when a hand is raised.

Hi. In my opinion, the raise hand is important to be in the sdk. Not for me, but my client for example wants it.
