currently the Webex client checks the latest version against client-upgrade-a.wbx2.com URL which is independent of the control hub and managed in batches by Cisco rollout strategy.

For non public free client - in this case enterprises with a control hub - the control hub admin should be able to manage the upgrade of the corporate clients as soon as the version is visible in the control hub.
