Add meeting registration to Webex Scheduler for Outlook

Add meeting registration which is available on the Webex Site scheduler is not available in Webex Scheduler for Microsoft Outlook.

We do not plan to make any changes to the Outlook plug-in (Productivity Tools).

independent from the idea itself, I think it is about the Webex Scheduler for Outlook and not about the former Productivity Tools... and I hope there is still some developement on the Webex Scheduler, which replaced the Productivity Tools...
