Change Names

At my company many of us have used the corporate login to run WebEx meetings.

If you have EVER hosted on WebEx, when you go to join a meeting within your organization that another individual is hosting instead of you, WebEx assumes you are the host or co-host, even if you are not the one starting the meeting. Even if you click on “JOIN MEETING” WebEx apparently remembers who you are and sets your name as, in our case, NATIONWIDE (Co-Host).

There is no way to change this while “live” on a WebEx meeting. In other meeting sites, you can right-click on yourself through participants and “rename” yourself. This way the true host can see the names of all attendees and not a bunch of NATIONWIDE (Co-Host) attendees. This is especially important for people not using their cameras because you are not able to tell anyone apart.
