We would like users joining a generated (scheduled) meeting early by phone to stay in a waiting room (e.g. hear "elevator music") until the meeting starts.

Our meetings are created via REST API, and "enabledJoinBeforeHost", "allowAnyUserToBeCoHost", "enableConnectAudioBeforeHost" are all true.

Users joining those meetings early via desktop browser or Webex app get the expected behavior (they can wait until the meeting starts). However, users who click the meeting link on a mobile phone trigger auto-dialing (including PIN), then hear a message that the PIN was wrong or the meeting has not started, and the call is ended. Instead, they should be put on hold until the meeting starts.
