Video Window resizing in Stage view

While sharing content and in Side by Side view layout, an attendee or host should be able resize the video window to be larger or smaller. Currently, you can only resize this to about an 1/8th of the window with the content taking up the rest of the window. We would like the ability to resize this to any percentage of the window at a given time to make the participant video more visible while content is being shared.
