Another extreme example of a small window on a big screen resulting in a lot of wasted space. The participants should see a full screen or a bigger resolution of the shared program window.

If I'm sharing application window which takes f.ex. half on the screen, audience is seeing application window on the half of the screen and second half of the shared screen is gray area. I think audience should see only application - not gray area.

I don't believe so, it will share the entire desktop but it will be blank and only the application to be shared will be shared. This creates a great deal of wasted space and the larger the sharers resolution the more difficult for each participant to read it.

The problem is in Webex Meetings app. I have assigned this Aha to Meetings app team. They will take care of this.

I tried "Application Share" on my 3440 x 1440 monitor but webEx still shows the ENTIRE screen (I can see content in the shared window but the rest of the area is all grey). I was really hoping Cisco's Admin knows their product before suggesting a "solution." WebEx is behind Zoom in this feature PERIOD. LOL, Zoom is founded by former Cisco engineer. No Wonder!!!

Hi Kris, we do have "Application Share" feature, when you start sharing, you can choose which application window to share, then peer will only see the application window instead of your whole screen.
Is this what you wanted?
