Allow shared contacts to be searched in

Allow shared contacts to be searched in WebEx app with the person you've shared them.

WebEx app configured for UCM calling. When you go to the webex app > Settings > Outlook > Enable - this allows you to search and call your personal contacts in Outlook from the webex app.

When a colleague shares their contacts with you, you see them in Outlook, however, in the webex app if you search for them, they don't appear.

This doesn't work in Jabber as well.
