User Alerts - Tell me when someone's status changes (based on Skype feature)

Per the Skype feature description, Skype for Business includes a tagging feature that allows you to tag people for alerts when their status changes. The alert is a pop-up on your screen with the contact's picture and a message that tells you the status has changed. If the person you've tagged isn't already in your contacts list, they'll be added to it.

The use case is if someone is away, in a meeting, or in DND and you want to know when they become available.

    Must have feature in a corpoprate environment! This was available in Cisco Jabber, and most competitor products have this feature.

    Highly desirable feature as it can help you to not disturb the recipient if s/he on DND/Meeting/Call status but also not miss the important message you wanted to deliver to them.

    This feature is important and would really help in my job function! Has it been reviewed, gone into development, scheduled for rollout, etc.? Can anyone at WebEx tell us the status of this enhancement request?

    I really can't understand why Webex Teams doesn't provide this functionality available in most of competition, even more looking at the date of this posting, over a year ago.

    This feature is used heavily in our company and is sorely missed now that we have transitioned to WebEx Teams. I'm hoping this will be addressed soon.

    When our company used Skype this was a very popular feature, it would be a useful addition to Webex Teams. Many support positions are on and off the phone quite a bit, trying to contact someone when they are available becomes a game of tag that this tool would help alleviate.

    Must have. Really needed for us aswell. Its a standard features in every chat client, but not in Webex :-(
