WebHook for calls made within an organization to a number managed by WebEx Calling

Currently when you create a telephony_calls webhook it only applies to the creator of the integration. You can receive webhooks for calls you are making and receiving, but you can't receive webhooks for calls anyone else in the organization is making/receiving. The integration needs a new scope called "spark-admin:calls_read" that would allow an integration to capture calling events for anyone in the organization. There are a number of admin scopes already for messages and meetings but nothing for calling.

    This is a major requirement for many of our mutual customers. Real time dashboards that can be tailored to their use case can only be developed with org. level events.

    Ideally this would include calling events for calls reaching an auto attendant, what menu selection(s) the user chooses, and where the calls goes next (before a user is in the loop). Similarly for queues, hunt groups, etc.


    Not only would this enable some automated routing, but it would also open up the system for some great external reporting by storing some or all of the events in a DB or similar.
