This should be working already by sharing screen and then giving control

You can just do it in a regular Webex Meeting - When the customer is sharing the screen, go to the far left, and click the second button from top (the little bar is on the far left, and has 4 buttons). It will allow you to request mouse/keyboard.

It'll be great if we can allow users to give control to the other user when in a 1:1 screen share session
