Report trial Webex subscriptions in the Webex Developer API just as Control Hub does

After two months of waiting for a response from Webex support, trial subscriptions are excluded by the Webex developer API by design. Within the Control Hub portal for Webex all subscriptions including those that are trial are reported. I would like the same capability via the official developer API
