End/Leave WebRTC meeting

The device interface cannot manage/leave a Teams WebRTC meeting when firewall flows are blocked.

This issue can have an impact when users (not interop enabled) try to use the Teams OBTP on networks where Teams is blocked.

The concern about this behavior is that some clients don't allow all their users to create CVI meetings in their organizations.

If someone without CVI capabilities sends an invite to the device, it will join via WebRTC from the OBTP

The issue is that the touch10 has no way to end the call if the endpoint cannot join a WebRTC meeting, thus making the endpoint unusable.

The workaround is to restart the endpoint, which is not convenient.
