Add Agent status Ready by default instead of Not Ready

Add Agent status Ready by default instead of Not Ready for the Contact-Center agents is necessary for the business operations. I am asking to add this feature in the next release of CUCM/USSX to be configured part of the global or site configurations.

    Not heard of this ask from customers, not likely to implement.
