Allow picture attachments in bot messages

Hi, I'm a part of NaaS team- Naas-Notification as a Service. We've developed Webex campaigns- which sends out notifications to selected groups of users via webex bot. I wanted to know if there is an API that enables photo attachments in campaigns sent by a bot?

You should be able to do this with buttons & cards messages today: https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/guides/cards
