User Based Analytics

Today, analytics are based around a specific area: audio, video, messaging, etc. We often have the need to better understand one individuals total experience across meetings, calling, messaging, etc. This focus would allow us to better understand that persons full experience and Webex journey, allowing to not only better troubleshoot, but identify adoption opportunities as well. Right now everything is available in different places.
