Enable slash commands and corresponding API's

One of the biggest challenges for our software engineering team to adopt Webex is the limited ChatOps capabilities. Slash commands are highly useful for running commands/queries from any chat or search box, regardless of which space is in focus. Out of box slash commands could include functions for setting user status, starting a meeting, changing space settings, etc. More importantly, there should be API extensibility so developers can create their own slash commands, without having to rely on adding/managing bots.

This would be really helpful, people are used to / commands from other platforms (IRC!) and they are a way to accomplish something quickly that otherwise requires to move from the keyboard to the mouse, a few examples:

/invite <username> to add someone to a space
/meet to send a webex meeting link
/call to call someone directly in a DM
    /schedule <time> <message> to send a scheduled message
/open <Space Name> to quickly jump to another space
    /search <keyword> to kick off a search
    ...

It would be majorly helpful to have slash commands in webex just like we have in Slack and other chat platforms. This is a feature lets us access commonly used features without having to navigate though complex menus.
