Move users from site A to site B in an Account

Currently, it is not possible to move a user between sites within an account. In other words, when John Smith moves from Maple Street to Oak Street's office, he must me reconstructed completely, loose all its voicemail, chat messages, contacts, settings, etc.

From a cloud-based system, this is certainly not an expected behavior !

Requirement: just like it is possible to upgrade a user from a Basic Seat to a Standard Seat, we want the ability to move a user from Site A to Site B. Ideally, this should be feasible through CAP by the customer admin. It doesn't impact pricing.

Precision: this applies to Webex Calling Carrier (Broadcloud). I don't know about Webex Calling.
