Attach files to the WebEx invite.

We need to be able to attach files/pictures/presentations when the WebEx meeting is scheduled using the web portal.

    Not likely to implement on website scheduler, however, there are plans to attach content while scheduling meetings from the in-app scheduler in webex app.
