Here is an example of a workspace name. NH-MSAH-Breakroom_WXC. The first part of the name is meaningfull to the administrators as breaks out the region and site.

This name is how it is displayed to the user phones when they are monitoring lines. That name is so long that to the user it looks like gibberish and doesn't display the meaningful part (which is breakroom).

However, I don't want to change the name of every break room phone in the entire organization to be "Breakroom"

I am hoping to leave the workspace name intact with the region and site, but change how those lines on are displayed on phones so that they are meaningful to that site.
