The pinning feature prior to the recent update had best suited our organizations needs as it allowed us to pin videos to the stage for all users to see. However, the recent update removed that option and now requires us to drop a video to the stage and unpin the previous video that we do not want users to see. Some of our meetings are broadcasted live and viewers from the comfort of their living room can see our process of pinning and unpinning. Although we do like to keep up with the latest webex updates, we do however wish you would consider implementing a few options that I have listed listed below.

Option 1:

Allow us to toggle between the old pinning option and the new pinning option with the click of a button.

Option 2:

Allow automatic unpinning of the current video once a new video is brought to the stage for viewers to see.
