Webex Events customer would like to change the from email for registration confirmation emails to his own.

We as their Channel Partner changed the from email address on the Branding page from messenger@webex.com to the Webex user email address.

Now, when the customer sets up an event, registration confirmation emails are being sent from (Webex admin email address) on behalf of (Webex user email address).

Could not figure out a way around that yet.

Customer would prefer to have emails sent from his email address without any "on behalf of" mentioning.

Who would benefit from it?

External attendees that register for an Event and are rather unfamiliar with Cisco Webex

--> Consistent appearance of the Webex Host (Webex user email address)

--> Reduced risk of registration confirmation emails being recognized as Spam/ being ignored by attendees

--> Easier to retrieve in search
