From CE9.15, customer can use xConfiguration UserInterface OSD Mode: Unobstructed, but bear in mind that it will remove all notifications, so any system warning to the user won’t be seen…
Another option, to use xConfiguration UserInterface OSD Output: <your output> in order to send those notifications to another screen connected to the codec.

Even if we upgrade in future to CE9.15, the option not looks best approach to fix this as it disables all in-call notifications and some important notifications like , Recording, Volume, Mute etc.

It would be great if Cisco Business Unit could do some more research in Lab with the WebEx and VC device to disable only Join/Leave notifications on VC device.
