Allow endpoint to have the ability to schedule update on a specifc day

endpoints update on a montly basis checking for software updates, customer would like to have the ability to have software updates on endpoints similar to what is presented on video mesh(screenshot attached)

TimeSlot for download the upgrade has to be configured on Control Hub in order to save bandwidth on some remote site with low bandwidth
