When shared lines are deployed the hold pop up window appears on all phones.

I have deployed WebEx Teams to severl departments that share the same department line. When a user puts a call on hold the hold popup screen appears on all users WebEx phone. This is very distracting to the other users. Is there is a way to only show the hold screen on the user's computer that put the caller on hold ?

This should be an option as some use cases require this.

The window that pops up is very large, and it jumps to the active focus which is very distracting to other users that also have that shared line configured.

    Possible solutions:
    - Have hold window show up in the same style as a meeting reminder and not take the screen focus away
    - Show as an alert somewhere within the Webex app instead of creating a popup.
    - Have configuration settings that users can configure for each line on how things are displayed
