It would be nice to allow directory synchronization between two control hubs so that users can search for each other without knowing the other users email. Use case would be two partner organizations that work shoulder to shoulder daily but have separate control hubs (org A and org B). Right now, someone in org A would have to know the email of someone in org B to message them the first time but allowing two-way directory federation between control hubs using either org ID or domain would allow users in org A to search for someone in org B by name instead of via email.
