The ability to be able to pull reports on often calls are not picked up, or how many rings it takes for a call to be answered from Webex calling
The reporting capabilities of Webex Calling are poor compared to other systems. There should be a report showing the abandoned calls and how long the call rang for before the caller hung up.
CAll detailed reports today that show details on when the call was answered. Unlikelyto implement how many rings occurred before answering.
